Urjo conducted its 5th Pediatric Health Camp for 40 homeless girls (upto 15 years) at Aashiyana Happy Home, Madhyamgram,on Friday, 10th November, 2023,10 am onwards. Dr Sutapa Konar, a paediatrician of repute (and volunteering for Urjo's Health Camps) and Urjo volunteers conducted the programme. The common ailments were anaemia, dental problems, malnourishment and scabies, a highly contagious itchy skin condition which was worrisome. Free medicines including ointment for scabies were distributed.

We also distributed gift hampers to 190 homeless kids of Aashiyana to spread some happiness and joy during the festive season in line with our motto of 'Bhalo Theko, Bhalo Rekho.
