The Inaugural Session of the International Yoga Day

The Inaugural Session of the International Yoga Day: This was held on 21st May,2025 at MAGS, Salt Lake, Kolkata. It was attended by members of Urjo and IMS (Indian Menopause Society). A series of such yoga sessions will be held as a build up to the Yoga Samabesh on International Yoga Day on 21st June, 2025.
