First Event on 5th October, 2024 was donation to Kzarvani Foundation

In line with its motto of ‘Bhalo Theko, bhalo rekho’, Urjo has planned three Pujo Events to spread cheer and joy among the underprivileged , primarily elderly ladies and children.

Kzarvani Foundation is working towards ‘100% school going village ‘ and they have adopted a few villages as models. Urjo is supporting this initiative by donating tiffin boxes to these school going kids.

The donation was made on 5th October,2024 on the occasion of Aikyam,2024 where the Foundation celebrated its decade long journey. Dr Ratnabali Chakraborty, Urjo’s Founder and Ex President, was felicitated and she also addressed the audience highlighting Urjo’s activities. Ms Chandra Chatterjee, immediate Past President, also graced the occasion with a few Urjo members.
